Recently visited this place and everything had was geeat i was gonna order more but itll give me a reason to come back❤❤❤ love it

Great food. Great prices. Staff are very friendly. Always free balloons for my son. I'll definitely continue to eat here. Highly recommended. Edit: I've been here easily over a dozen times now. The customer service simply can't be beat. Edit:The only thing I don't exactly care for is the fact that they cram people in. Not a lot of elbow room. Not a big deal, but if you're someone who likes some space maybe you'd be better off going somewhere else.

It's pretty tight there on room overall I have nothing bad to say about the food I ate

I've eaten at the Pancake Factory twice this month, enjoyed the meals both times. Ample portions, decent price, good service and good breakfast. Can't ask for much more. If I get another day off while I'm in this area, I'll definitely go back.

I can't give this place more stars than listed. Ms. Desi was sooo sweet and nice. I felt she gave us the best table in the house! I would really recommend this place! Also the food was amazing!

Classic breakfast diner with a wide range of breakfast and lunch options. It's not a particularly cheap diner - my toast, egg, two bacon, two sausage was $10 - but it's reasonable. I appreciate that they give you an entire carafe of coffee! And service was great. But overall the food is just alright and kind of disappointing.

Here at the pancake factory, there was good service,and good food for the most part. It was actually I pretty bad experience after we left. Not long after we left my dad had to use the bathroom.We couldn't even make it around the corner, he had to go so badly. Then when we got I had to go. I got food poisoning there and that is why I'm not going again. The Food Tasted Good It Just Didn't Turn Out good afterward.

It was busy when we arrived so it was kind of disorganized. When the food came, let me just say, the pancakes are so good! They give like 4 or 5 or 10 pancakes depending on what you order, but they're homemade sizes and they're sweet. I don't know if we would go back the next time we are in the area, but i think if I lived locally, we'd go for breakfast casually. It's not that expensive and it's a good serving size.

They were patient with my crying 2 year old. Food was quick and good. Reminds me of the IHOP it was 40 years ago. It's very reasonably priced also.

Food was great no complaints all around other than slight cleanliness issues. The layout of the restaurant is funky but that doesn't determine overall quality. Fast service and great portions on meals.

I've come here multiple times because I love the customer service and the amount of food you get is amazing. They have plenty of options and I've always had to take the rest of my food home. The only thing is that the buildings really small and if it gets full which usually doesn't happen, you might have to wait a while.

This place is a great place to have breakfast/lunch/dinner... it's very very clean customer service great!!... and food tasted great...

Once entering i got greeted by everybody ( a lot more restaurants should be doing this). I felt welcomed. My waiter jesus took real good care of us. Kept on checking on us and had patience to deal with me and my children. Food was amazing and tasty! Would recommend.

Omg, a hidden gem! Delicious everything! I will be back!! We ordered the blueberry pancakes and made it into a pancake "sensation," which comes with two eggs, choice of bacon, sausage or ham, and hashbrowns or potatoes. Did the same for the chocolate pancakes. Also ordered the buttermilk biscuits and gravy breakfast, and a patty melt with onion rings.Wait was about 20 mins, understandably. Meals were reasonably priced and plenty of parking. Just don't park on the right or back part of the lot.

So we decided to eat out and called ahead to see if they had outside tables. They do so we headed over. All the tables were clean with good distance between them. The service was very good and the food was delicious. Its also good value. The portions are huge. The only thing I didn't like were the breakfast potatoes, they are deep fried vs cooked on a grill, no biggie though just order the hash browns instead. I got the 2 egg breakdown with bacon and apple cinnamon pancakes and my husband got the factory omelet, that thing is huge and stuffed with so much meat and cheese. My husband doesn't eat salsa so he skipped it but in my opinion the salsa would have given it the perfect sauce. We love going here and we are very appreciative of the fact that they are open and serving during this time. The pictures aren't great cause the tent is red lol

Solid breakfast spot with a great selection of breakfast goodies. Definitely comparable to an IHOP with a less corporate franchise feel to it.

More than the great brunch, it's the super nice and friendly service staff here that makes people wanna keep coming back. Everything on the menu is yummy, and plenty of syrup. I love the big bacon omlette, and their potatoes are perfectly golden fried, you can't eat just one.

Great costumer service. Gustavo our server was nice and polite. Food quality, good portions and great taste like homemade, fresh vegetables. This is a small place but other then that this is the place to get a great breakfast!

Okay so everything was delicious except for the pancakes. I was so disappointed. Like it’s called the Pancake Factory. But unfortunately my pancakes were dry, and cold. The butter they put on top didn’t even melt. The place was way too crowded and the wait was too long to complain or ask for new ones. Friendly staff and for that reason I will be back to give it another try.

I really love their french toast here and the pancakes really sweet. Good combinations so far. Good for breakfast and brunch it is defends when you like to have some of their delicious pancakes. Good customer service and attentive makes people back again.

The food alright, it's just that eating outside was kinda uncomfortable with the slight breeze.

Delicious . Pancakes taste like IHOP. Nice environment. Get there when the first open, that's the only way to not be waiting 10 plus minutes to be seated. Ohhh, and very very very very genuine staff.

So we stoped in on vacation after a 7 day cruise and man I thought the boat had lots to choose from. This place is pancake heaven! Eat till you drop and you will lol. Service is top notch Margie was attentive and very helpful. Come eat and smile

Staff is super friendly! Crepes are bomb here especially with strawberry syrup . Food is delicious and would highly recommend.

This place is busy but the service is fast and the food is good can't go wrong only open till 4pm
